Student Events and Activities Council, also known as SEAC, produces thirty plus events a year for Seattle University students. These events are created in an effort to promote student retention and inclusiveness by inviting students of all backgrounds to participate. SEAC hosts two different types of events: traditional quarterly events: Fall Ball, Christmas Tree Lighting, Battle of the Bands, and Quadstock, as well as Seattle Program events that provide off-campus excursions to immerse our participants in Seattle's culture.
SEAC is composed of: three Executive Board Members (Executive Director, Creative Director, Director of Events), four Seattle Programmers, a Fall Ball chair, Battle of the Bands chair, two Quadstock chairs, two Graphic Designers and two Creative Marketers. During my time at SEAC, I served as a creative marketer, graphic designer, and Creative Director. Below are many projects I designed during my three years on council.
THESE PROJECTS WERE DEVELOPED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF Nayland Olsen, DIRECTOR OF student development at the center for student involvement. DESIGNS FEATURED WERE DESIGNED BY KYLE WOO. ADOBE INDESIGN, ILLUSTRATOR, AND PHOTOSHOP WERE USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF THESE PROJECTS.
Seattle Program Calendars // Marketing, Print
With it's official indoctrination in 2016, the Seattle Program Calendars were created to showcase every event SEAC was hosting throughout the quarter. I created the first ever calendar, that were printed in 17" x 11" format and distributed to all buildings and dorms at Seattle University.
Event Posters // Marketing, Print
Printed posters were the most effective form of marketing for our events. We produced 11" x 17" posters that were heavily distributed throughout campus and within classrooms.
Events Social Media Posts // Marketing, Online
Instagram posts allowed SEAC's online presence to be active. Sharing online posts made it easier to reach audiences that were not on campus often.

SEAC Recruitment Project 2018
With eight members of council graduating, I was tasked with creating a recruitment project for print and social media to hire new council. The goal was simplistic and on-brand design, while also promoting the benefits of holding a position with SEAC.
