Eataly Las Vegas
In November 2002, the Eataly concept was born from Oscar Farinetti’s idea sketched on a piece of paper. The idea was simple: to gather under one roof high-quality food at sustainable and reasonable prices for ALL, celebrate Italian biodiversity, and create an informal, natural, and simple place to eat, shop, and learn.
Adhering to Oscar Farinetti’s dream and his company’s aspirations, I have had the pleasure of operating and managing the online, print, and digital creative graphics for Eataly Las Vegas, the sixth franchise within the United States. With its official opening in December 2018, I have been apart of the team for over 2 years now, and have both spearheaded and carried out hundreds of projects focused on a love and admiration for Italian food and culture. Serving as the graphic design manager has come with a multitude of responsibilities, varying from: creating over 7 restaurant and food outlet menus, constructing visual storytelling for local and exported retail products, generating store-wide events and installations, personalizing collateral for private and VIP events, facilitating installations for print, composing eye-catching social media content, and managing the collateral for thousands of guests, employees and managers daily.
The biggest value for my time as Eataly’s Graphic Design Manager has been staying loyal to its founding principle: “It’s Difficult to be Simple,” which is key to the polished and refined style of the designs I've put together.
